Brentford target, Matt O’Riley has had a price set for his signature with £25 million said to be enough to see Celtic sell.
We had already reported that Brentford had an interest in Denmark international, Matt O’Riley and that has continued.
Under the stewardship of Thomas Frank, plenty of Danish talent has come through the door and flourished.
With injuries to midfielders like Josh Dasilva and Shandon Baptiste injured, some replacements could be necessary.
How much will Matt O’Riley cost?
The Hoops have seen many stars leave Parkhead in recent years and have been helped by their shrewd recruitment.
As a result of consistent sales, they set high values on their top talents and O’Riley is no different.
According to TEAMtalk, Brendan Rodgers and Co are likely to demand upwards of £25 million for his services.

This price tag also has Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Brighton and Hove Albion interested in the Dane.
It has been said that the Bees may be put off by such a high fee given that he isn’t guaranteed a start.
With that being said, he is only on £14k-a week according to reports.
Would he be worth it?
There is no doubt about the quality that O’Riley possesses and he would definitely improve the standard of the squad.
He is a more direct replacement for Dasilva as he continues to struggle with injury.
The issue comes when you consider how the Bees often play, especially against tougher opposition.
A midfield three of Mathias Jensen, Christian Norgaard and Vitaly Janelt look immovable so far this season.
It is hard to say that O’Riley wouldn’t be a great signing but at the fee that is being touted, it may be too much.
A potentially great signing who would undoubtedly make the Bees better but maybe just comes at the wrong time.
